For other destinations, our team will collect all the mandatory documents required for the visa process and process it as per the standard time required. You can rest assured that we will handle all the visa requirements on your behalf, leaving you with more time to plan and prepare for your trip. In case of physical visa requirements, our team will collect your passport or you may courier it to us, or visit our nearest partner office, making the visa process even more convenient for you.     Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.), bank transfers, PayPal, and other electronic payment platforms. Cash payments may be accepted in specific circumstances and must be arranged in advance.

    No Cost EMI : The No Cost EMI option is available to eligible customers based on predefined criteria established by our respected financial partners. Eligibility may vary depending on factors such as the total booking amount, creditworthiness, and other terms set by our financial partners.

    Currency: All payments must be made in the currency specified by eworldtrips at the time of booking. Any currency conversion fees or charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

    Late Payments: Failure to make payments by the specified deadlines may result in the cancellation of your reservation. In such cases, cancellation fees may apply as per our cancellation policy.

    Additional Charges: Additional charges, such as taxes, service fees, surcharges, or optional extras, may apply to your booking. These charges will be clearly outlined in your booking confirmation and invoice.

    Refunds and Cancellations: Refund policies vary depending on the type of service booked and the terms and conditions of our suppliers. Please refer to our cancellation policy for detailed information on refunds and cancellation fees.

    Documentation : Upon receipt of full payment, relevant travel documents, including tickets, vouchers, and itineraries, will be provided to you in a timely manner, either electronically or via mail, as per your preference.

    Trem & Conditions

    Once the Confirmation amount is paid, your entire booking is 100% guaranteed with all the mentioned inclusions. In the unlikely event that there is no availability at the time of confirmation, we will inform you and as a goodwill gesture, we may offer an upgrade to your reservation. Alternatively, you may also choose to upgrade your reservation. While we plan all travel arrangements well in advance, occasionally, we may have to make changes due to reasons beyond our control. If there are any changes to your travel arrangements, we will notify you at the earliest possible date. We reserve the right to cancel your travel arrangements under any circumstances. If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control such as bad weather or natural disasters, we will try to offer alternative dates for the tour. In the event of a cancellation due to natural disasters or calamities, we will try to refund you the maximum amount possible. We will process the refund on your original payment mode or in the form of a credit note. If the tour has already commenced, we will refund the booking fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you. In all circumstances, our liability will be limited to refunding the tour fees charged to you. If you wish to change your travel arrangements after confirmation, please notify us. We will do our utmost to make the changes, but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be made by the person who made the booking. All costs incurred due to amendments will be borne by you. If you face any problems during your holiday, please inform our representative immediately, who will endeavor to resolve the issue smoothly.
